Traditional Aikido is taught in dojos around the Commonwealth and nationally by former students.
ACT - Aikido Control Training is taught nationally and internationally primarily to public safety personnel.
Sensei Boyd has taught many law enforcement and other agencies nationally and internationally.
ACT4Teachers trains teachers to deal with problems in a safe manner without causing serious harm.
ACT4Firefighters trains firefighters to handle people in their environment who are uncooperative.
Ronin Bushido Aikido, established and led by Sensei Ronald Boyd, has been active for over 30 years.
Sensei Boyd's teacher was Richard Rood who was a student of the founder, Moriteru Ueshiba. Sensei Boyd also
studied under Kisshoumaru and Monteru Ueshiba, Morihei Ueshiba's son and grandson.
Ron Boyd was inducted into the United States Martial Arts hall of Fame in 2006.
